Data collected

Only what you enter in the demo request form: first and last name, phone number, email address, business type, number of clients you coach, your message and, where applicable, the coach who referred you.

Purpose and legal basis

To contact you and respond to your demo request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

Who has access

Nicolas Gaiddon only. Your data is never sold, transferred or used for advertising.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). The form is sent to me by email through the Resend service (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States). Data transfers to the United States are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare and Resend are certified.

Retention period

3 years from our last exchange if no contract is signed. If you become a client, your data is kept for the duration of the contract, then as required by law.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing, and ask for its restriction or portability by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Only technical cookies that are strictly necessary for the site’s security may be set by the host.
